For Singapore orders, delivery is by third-party postal service within three working days. Prices depend on number and size of items ordered. As a gauge, total delivery costs will be from $4 to $10. Orders of more than three items will have the delivery costs waived.

For Singapore buyers, we allow exchanges within seven calendar days of purchase with receipt.
For international buyers, please contact us within seven calendar days of receiving your item(s) if you wish to exchange.
However, clothes which have been altered are non-returnable. The item(s) should also be unworn, unwashed and with their original labels and tags attached.
Please note that we do not reimburse delivery or shipping costs on returned merchandise and any incurred delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable.
Swirl has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our exchange policy requirements.
Please note we cannot be responsible for lost packages. We cannot stress how important it is to send your package via a delivery or shipping method that has adequate tracking capability. We cannot issue an exchange if your package is lost or damaged.
